Are you an undergraduate student looking for a mentored research experience?
We are always looking for interested new undergrads to get started at the Development, Culture, and Health Lab! We prefer for students to make a two semester commitment as many of our projects take a long time to finish, but no prior research experience, specific coursework, or GPA are required.
Take a look at our research page to learn more about the work we do and read our student expectations guide.
If you are a UNCG student, please use this form to apply to work in our lab. If you are not currently a UNCG student, please reach out to us at [email protected] and describe your background and interest in working in the lab.
Are you consider applying to graduate school (either a master's or Ph.D. program)?
If you are interested in applying to graduate school at UNCG, contact Dr. DeJesus directly to set up an in-person meeting or video chat to further discuss your research interests. Dr. DeJesus is considering applicants in the 2024-25 cycle (for applicants looking to start a graduate program in fall 2025).
